Returns and Refunds

This returns and refund policy is valid for any purchase(s) that was made at the My Favourite Life Self-Care Store. It is important to us that you are happy and satisfied with our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or package, email us at [email protected] within 30 days from receiving your product. Please include the following information in your e-mail:

First and Last Name

Shipping Address

Order Number

The Product you would like to return

The reason you are unhappy with your purchase

Include pictures, if possible

Note:  In order to qualify for a refund, the product(s) must have at least ¾ of its contents remaining.  Regular or normal wear and tear damages are NOT eligible for a refund.

We will give any additional instructions on how to complete your return once we have received all required information from you.

We will process any refund due to you once we receive the product back, minus the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. You will receive your refund in the form of original payment used upon purchase. Note that you will not receive a refund for original AND return shipping charges.

Refunds will reflect the amount that you actually paid. You will only receive the total amount paid for if you used a discount or promotion.

Please note our returns and refund policy follows the returns and refund guideline given by the Government of Canada and follows the Consumer Act of Canada.

Damaged During Shipment

Save your package and e-mail us immediately if your package was damaged during shipment.

When providing us with all of the necessary personal & transaction information, please photograph the package and send it to us. We will then advise you on next steps and be there for you along the process.

Missing Packages

If you don’t receive your package, please ensure you have checked all of the possible places and locations your package could have been left at. This includes checking in with your tenants, family members and/or neighbours.  If the package is still not found, email us immediately at [email protected], and include the required information. We will start a trace and take the required follow-up steps. This process can take up to 5 business days so please don’t inquire unless you can confirm that your package did not arrive.

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase or products, and if they're not they can return and refund.
